Diane was fast to get back to us every time we were in touch (very useful when you are needing information quickly and to secure removal dates) about availability and services. Neil did a very thorough and professional initial assessment of our property. Boxes were dropped off for us to start our packing as soon as we requested them. The team who helped us move (Steve, Keith and Carl) were punctual, hard working, friendly and efficient. They were very organised and knew exactly what they were doing, and we felt we were in very safe hands, which is exactly what you want at a stressful time of moving. We were amazed at how fast they were able to unload our things and set everything up just where we wanted it in our new property. Whilst at the same time taking great care with all our things. It made that part of the process so much easier and smoother than we’d imagined. I would recommend Roy Trevor Removals to anyone moving home because we had a very positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future.

Absolutely great from start to end. All our house was loaded into their vans (took 2 days) stored for 7 weeks and unloaded at the other end (another 2 days). Not an item broken, damaged or lost. Cannot fault.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. This was a commercial move of a professional practice in Manchester, with over 100 employees. Nothing was too much trouble, they moved office furniture and moved it again until it was in the right place. All the lads were clearly professional and experienced at their job. I cannot recommend this firm strongly enough. Ben, the owner was great to deal with. We used Roy Trevor to move our belongings from Liverpool to Competa in Spain. They were excellent at both ends and sent the same chap with each team, James, so that we felt assured we were being looked after. I cannot fault the professionalism and flexibility of the company.

Positive: Value Great service from initial enquiry through to saying goodbye. We used the cost indicator tool on the website followed by a survey visit. Opting for the full packing service (it costs less than you think!) was a very good idea. 2 very courteous and hard working guys to pack and partially load the day before moving, followed by 2 extra guys the following day for the move itself. Very impressed with the service and attention to detail received, and more than happy to recommend to anyone in need of a professional removals service. Going the extra mile seemed to be standard practice for the crew which made a great change compared to a previous company which we have used.
